A must-visit restaurant for those seeking a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, a good selection of wines, and a refined cuisine at a fair price.
There is an executive menu available on weekdays for 16€. On my visit, we opted for the Polvo à Lagareiro, which was generously served, Pork Cheeks (the executive menu option of the day), and Carne de Porco à Alentejana* with excellent clams.
The restaurant offers two outdoor areas: one for 4-6 people and a private space for over 15, perfect for parties and gatherings.
Inside, the charming dining room is inviting year-round, especially in the cozy winter months. It’s advisable to book a table in advance to secure seating indoors.
