This Indian restaurant is nothing short of exceptional, making it a well-deserved highlight on this blog. Owned by the renowned Chef Narayan, it features two distinct locations, each providing a unique and memorable dining experience.
The Vilamoura location provides an outstanding menu with a more accessible price range, making it a fantastic choice for those seeking high-quality Indian cuisine at a reasonable price. Here, I highly recommend beginning with the Gobi Manchurian – a flavorful, crispy cauliflower appetizer – and following it with the Chicken Tikka as your main course.
The Almancil location provides a more refined and upscale ambiance, with prices that reflect its elevated dining experience. The menu is particularly impressive, with starters and main courses thoughtfully organized by region – North, South, East, and West India, offering a culinary journey through the country’s diverse flavors. The attentive staff is eager to guide you through the day’s specialties, ensuring a tailored experience for each visit. When I dined there, I opted for the Mutton Sukka, a richly spiced dish that was simply divine and left a lasting impression.
